Story related and cannot be missed.

After defeating Walker Sloan's robots and taking the elevator ride up. Spider-Man 2099 will communicate with the original Spider-Man, Peter Parker. During the conversation Spider-Man 2099 will basically inform Parker that he’s going to die after he has already seen the death of Amazing Spider-Man, but Parker will ignore this and will continue to investigate the disturbance outside of the office, thus unlocking your trophy.
