In Stage One, blast away with your webbing at Atrocity from a distance. Enough webbing and you'll stick all his tentacles shut. Don't get too close to him or he'll slam you into the ground. Too far is equally bad as he'll send homing tentacles to get you.
Once you've webbed him up, he'll slam the ground raising a pillar. Get on the pillar and wait for him to send a tentacle after you. Just before it hits, jump off and Atrocity will be electrified. Wail on him! Rinse and repeat until he's weak enough that Spider-Man will rip off two tentacles and throw them into the time portal (cinema scene).
Stage 2 ups the ante. Now the entire floor is covered in that yellow time energy that will take off about 40% of your health if you stay grounded too long. So now you've gotta jump around while webbing Atrocity's tentacles. You can stay on the ground for a bit, just make sure you jump before the time energy "explodes".
When Atrocity pounds the ground this time, 2 pillars come up. Get on the 1st one and when the tentacles about to hit, jump to the 2nd one. When that tentacle's about to hit, jump off and lay into Atrocity. Rinse and repeat until Spider-Man, again through cinema scene, rips off Atrocity's last 2 tentacles.
Final stage is a cake walk. Just keep wailing on Atrocity, pushing him back through the time portal. Every now and then, he'll wind up for a punch. Just dodge and get right back to the beat down.
After 2099 finishes off the CEO, and the final cinema scene begins to play, this achievement, along with a bunch of others, will pop. Congrats!
Blaze, Naruto, Shippuden
Story related and cannot be missed. During this fight you'll be alternating between both Spider-Mans and Amazing Spider-Man faces off against Atrocity and Spider-Man 2099 goes against the CEO.
Phase 1: When the fight begins, simply use web shots by pressing the 
button to shoot at the tentacles from a distance. Once you have all tentacles shut closed, the Atrocity will slam the ground and electrical pillars will come out of the ground. Web swing onto the pillar and wait for the Atrocity's tentacles to come and attack you on it. Use your Hyper Sense ability to avoid getting hit and jump off the pole and the Atrocity will get stunned on that electrical pillar. Repeat this again on the 2nd electrical pillar. Once you have done that, your free to attack him with your attacks, so pound away on him until he regains his stance. Simply repeat the same method over again against him until you're prompted to press the button against him to remove his tentacle.
Phase 2: During this phase of the battle, the room is now filled with plasma energy. When using your web shots against the Atrocity, use the web jump to jump out of the plasma energy to avoid taking major damage from its effects and simply repeat the same method as before. Remember to continue to use the web jumping to avoid getting hurt from the plasma. After stunning the Atrocity and attacking him to remove the final tentacles you'll switch Spider-Mans.
Phase 3: During this final phase, all you have to do is simply knock the Atrocity into the portal. this should be no problem for you. After doing so, you'll unlock the trophy.
