During the first encounter, Carnage will pounce on you. With the left and right analogsticks you dodge him and use the same to punch him until he lets you go. There will be 2 turbines, one to the right and another one on the far left. You can web-zip yourself to these with the
button. Pay attention to Spiderman. He will notify you in yellow above his head when an enemy attack is coming. Luring Carnage to this turbines is your objective. You dodge him the kick him into it my double tapping the 
button.The other way is to press
to zip yourself towards him the quickly tap 
to jump above him placing yourself behind him. Then execute fast attack combos with the 
button. These are the most effective. Repeat these 2 strategies to defeat him and retreat.NOTE: Keep an eye out of his ground attack. He puts his arms on it creating tentacles that cover the whole ground trapping you causing damage. These are easily avoided by zipping yourself to the turbines mentioned above.
For the second part of the fight, he will be in the middle in what looks like a bell pepper. 4 Robots will spawn helping you damage him by spamming fire with flamethrowers. Then monsters will spawn to attack these robots. When they do, immidiately attack them. You don't have to kill them, just attack them once with a quick attack to get their attention focused on you. Then dispose of them.
When he comes out of the ground, ge will kill the robots. Use this chance to repeat the same strategy I mentioned before about zip kicking him or zip your way behind him to spam quick attacks. There will be more robots spawning once he goes back to his shell. But every time less. 3, then , then 1 Robot. Protect them and continue to make damage.
IMPORTANT: During both fights, turn on Spider sence to locate the boss and enemies better. Also remember to use RAGE mode! That will help you dispose of those little annoying monsters attacking the Robots much easier!

This will be in the Ultimate dimension.
The first fight is pretty simple. He'll attack, so just hold 
and then dodge with 
once he attacks. Be sure to attack while he has his back turned. Over time he'll start to make the ground go all gooey so what you need to do is look at where he's going (using Spider-Sense helps) and then web sling to where he's perched on the helicarrier reactor. After that, it's more of the same but he'll attack more. The only other thing you have to look out for is his "charged" ability, as you won't be able to get close, so just let him do it. Other than that it's just rinse and repeat.
The second fight is more of the same. The only difference here is that he goes into an egg and then you need the Slayers to burn his egg so you must protect them. Once the egg breaks use Rage and attack as much as possible. Then when he's actually fighting you, you do need to dodge and attack more. When he pauses for a little more than a second, he's ready to suck your health from you. Dodge this, as it really hurts and takes time to get off. His charged attack also is quicker so watch out for that too.
