The answer is simple: Turn your spidey sense on and take out the goblin wannabes (they'll continue to respawn when you take out a certain amount of her health) then turn it to her and do the think luke cage taught you and press 
and you'll web her up and start swinging toward her. If you see little shards come when the web hits her, hit 
and then . press right before you hit her. and do that till her health drops. She will also fall down every now and then. when she does, go down and beat the crap out of her. just do this a bunch 'till you win.
