Right before completing Act 1, there is a mission where you must protect a meeting between Luke Cage and the 2 gang leaders from snipers. There are 2 waves of snipers. The first wave is 22, and the second is 21. On both waves they are spaced just close enough together that you can string together each kill via web-striking.
Early in Act 3 is another good place to get this achievement. During act 3, there will be many zombie like enemies. Find a large road that runs a long way and you should be able to work your way down it web-striking enemies. If you wait too long in Act 3 if you attempt it there, you'll start running into a lot of specialty symbiotes which tend to try and counter the web-strike, breaking the combo.

Was going to come and post this so I just gave you a vote up instead haha. This area is perfect for this, on the first wave of snipers half way around the building there is a large gap and my game kept "pausing" to give me a tutorial on web zipping or something. Just have faith and keep hitting "Y" and you'll make the gap.

It can easily be done during the first vulture fight. As long as you keep hitting him using web zip it counts as a different enemy each time. Best done the first time he receives back up
