…Buying a new paint color did not work… looks like I’ll have to wipe my save and go for that again
Once I deleted my saved and went back into the game fresh… The Supremer Car unlocked.

…I was stuck at 3 Stars for level 7 for some time…
I would go ahead and then come back to it with better cars, eventually the game gave me the Supremer Car for free… and that helped me in said level… BUT i was not able to unlock the achievement for Buying The Supremer! (as of yet… don’t know if buying a new color will change that fact… will update once I get there…)
