Update as of 06/02/2019 : After erasing my save in the past I couldn't unlock this achievement after the fix, if somehow, it happens to someone else, you will not have to do redo the achievements BUT, you will have to complete the game + get all splashers and all 25 platinums all over again, and yes that includes the 3 speedruns, which was to say the least... painful.

Update as of 31/01/2019 : This achievement is now fixed, as I deleted my save as a dev request back in the days, I got screwed, but if you get all achievements in a save, you will get this achievement.

Updapte as of november 2018 : After dozens of emails with the main dev, it's unlikely that it will ever be fixed, From what I understood, another team that did the port on Xbox One are not responding to him at all since many months. One possibility that was considered and maybe still is on the table was to delete this achievement, after initial contacts with Microsoft the dev told me is was not possible to delete an achievement without a patch, but as mentioned above, the team that dit the xbox one port is nowhere to be seen, therefore I'm screwed.
I don't know why the main dev can't avoid this port team altogether and get a quick fix done or why the first 2 issues were fixed within weeks but not this one, anyway that's pretty much it.

As you can see this achievement is currently glitched.
I would like to share a little bit about the other glitched achievements this game had and what happened next.
At the release date there were 4 glitched achievements, but we didn't know about this one at first, after the main dev was aware of the issues, the 3 other achievements were fixed within 3 weeks.

Fast forward a few weeks later, Himuki on this site completed the game first but didn't get this achievement, once again when the dev heard about it, a patch was done within 1 month to fix it. For some reasons it didn't fix anything, even though it was working on their dev kits consoles.

Anyway, as of now, the devs are not too kind about another patch, the main reason as I understood was the game was not selling enough that it was worth their time / money.
So if you wanted to play / buy this game at some point but won't because of this achievement, consider sending an email to : contact@splasher-game.com or a tweet at @SplasherGame and share with them your concerns.
I'm fairly certain you will at least get an answer back.

If it's fixed I will edit or delete this solution.
Also will keep this solution updated if the dev email me back with some news.
