This achievement is for killing yourself with an enemy at the same time, it should come by playing naturally but if you didn't get it after completing the game or you want it as fast as possible, you can get it quickly on the first level called "Welcome To Inkorp".
Right after you reach the first checkpoint, there is a bull waiting for you, jump down there, make him follow you to the left and try to jump into the acid at the same time as him.
Achievement should pop right away.
