In an event, wreck every rival with a Power Play

this is a lot simpler than it seems. you do NOT have to wreck them all with the SAME power play. you can use any number of power plays during a race, as long as you wreck each rival at least once. multiple wreck power plays do count, and yes, it IS possible to do this with just one, though it is very difficult.

Start from 8th place and quickly gain a couple power bars with drifting and drafting. As you wreck racers with power plays, they will get set behind the other racers and fall behind. Try to wreck the last racers in the racing line with each power play. It also helps to write down the names of the racers you wreck so you know whether or not you've already wrecked one. Repeat this process moving from 8th place to 1st place. If you manage to do this until you catch up to 1st place and are able to wreck them, once you wreck them, and if you've been carefully using power plays on the ones you haven't used them on, you will have wrecked every racer in the race and will unlock the achievement. If a recently wrecked driver passes you, try to take out the ones ahead or just take the overtaking driver out again, maintaining knowledge of the position of your power play focus within the line of drivers. You may also pass the driver you don't need to focus on and concentrate on the other drivers as well. In some cases like the one Knucklehead923 described, you may end up wrecking a majority or almost all of the racers with one power play. In that case, just catch up to the driver who escape and use a power play on them.
