This secret achievement is:

High Pipe
In an event, wreck 3 rivals by demolishing a cooling tower.

Must be done on Power Plant, it is referring to one of large nuclear power plant cooling towers. They take a level 2 power play to destroy, and they're after a large sweeping left turn about halfway through the stage.

I made this video on how to get the High Pipe achievement. Go to Quickplay and go to Race and Select the Power Planet. I made this video on how to get the High Pipe achievement. Basicly what I did to get it, I picked my car and from the start of the race I just drafted the A.I. Cars til my Power Meter was full to the Red, then once I got the Cooling Towers I waited til the Red Marker appeared above the cars by or under the Cooling Tower and then I Hit the B Button and within a few Seconds of the Cooling Towers coming down the achievement Popped. Note: Try to have 4 to 5 A.I. car in front of you when u do this so this way u wont have to restart the race.
