There are two ways to obtain this achievement.
1. The Hard Way Find a public race (must be race not elimination or survival) and win.
2. The Easy Way Create a private game, invite a friend then let each other win a race (again must a race not elimination or survival). Can be done just one on one as I have just let my friend beat me and he obtained the achievement..

Just to clarify this has to be a race, you CANNOT get this from survival or elimination.
Other than that, you have to try and come in first place, remember that route changers are your friend.
