To get this you have to use the dam course changer in the Canyon to destroy at least three rivals. Since the dam is fairly long and blows anyone on it, this shouldn't be too hard to accomplish. Your best bet is to use a car with a high drift rating and drift/draft while in 8th place and try to get your bar to red on the first lap, doing so should get you this and Zero to Hero.

Great, thanks, I just unlocked both achievements - worked perfectly, even though I was a LONG way back and didn't expect it to work from that far behind. Got it first try :)

It's been seven years, I can't say I remember the track names. Though I remember the track with the dam has it really close to the start of the race. You'll definitely know it when you race on it.

Just providing a video for people to use in case there is any confusion where the dam actually is. I know when I first raced on the Canyon track I thought the dam was going to be a level 2 power-play but it's actually a route changer.
