You can get this one on Quick Play instead of Season and it'll unlock.
Change the difficulty to Easy by pressing
and then whichever track you're comfortable with. I tried this on Downtown Central a few times but with no luck at all. Then had a go on Airport Terminal and got it first time.
I used the Class C Cobretti 455 GT because I prefer trying to take the racing line instead of drifting.
Just make sure you don't crash, and by that I mean if you see the animation of you crashing in slow motion, you've crashed. You can still hit your opponents and the side walls but just don't get completely wrecked. Try not to get hit by your own Power Plays or anyone else's or you'll just have to restart straight away.
I won the Airport Terminal race by 5 seconds using this car.
Win the race and it'll pop for you.
