To earn this trophy, you should first get a remote bomb. Now, set up the area like this:
 

(blue is my first controller and green by second controller)

Now head to the other dead-end area. Let the second controller trap you here with a bomb, and as soon as the second controller lays down the bomb, press with your first controller to activate the remote bomb and give yourself an escape route.
