This is best done with two controllers. In the Series Option before starting a game, change Level Modifiers to “Teleporters” and go the Level List and change it to “Single Level”. Over “Level”, select the “Basic Small” level as there are only two teleporters here. Have the first controller stand near its closest teleport and the second controller stand near the other teleporter. Place a bomb with your first controller and teleport with your second. If timed properly, the second controller will die while it’s still materializing.

A remote bomb might make this easier as you don’t have to time it. If you have one, place a remote bomb near the teleporter, and press as soon as the second controller starts materializing.
