One easy way to get this achievement at ANY point in the game is by teleporting to the "Patrick's Dilemma" spatula in Jellyfish Fields, not destroying any of the Duplicatatron 3000s and just defeating robots until the achievement pops. Should take no more than a few minutes.

If you plan on playing through the entire game and not skipping any levels, this is a relatively easy achievement to get that you really don't need to worry about selectively chasing after.
If you do want to earn it sooner rather than later, this is still a really easy achievement. While controlling Patrick, simply play through any level until you come up on a Duplicate-O-Tron. These are the enemies that spawn more and more enemies to fight you. The enemies can be pretty much any enemy in the game depending on what the duplicator was programmed to spawn, but most often it will just be Ham-Mers and the basic robots. Simply don't destroy the duplicator and keep killing the robots it spawns. After a bit you should get the achievement.
Keep in mind that Patrick can jump into the air and perform a body slam that can stun or kill robots, and he can also pick up stunned robots. If you find you're taking damage pretty often, just switch up your strategy a bit.

Easy enough to obtain, when you can change to Patrick at the bus stop, swap over to him and start smashing up robots!
His belly attack is very easy to kill robots with.
Robots are in every level so this won't be a grind at all.

You should be able to get this in normal play but if you want to speed things up you can quickly grind out 100 robot defeats in the JellyFish Fields mission Drain the Lake, which is conveniently located next to a bus stop to swap to Patrick, but just to note this only works if you didn't complete the mission.
