How to unlock the Specimen Researcher achievement in Spooky's Jump Scare Mansion: HD Renovation - Definitive Guide

This PlayStation Trophy requires you encounter 25 specimens within Endless Mode, and Endless Mode only. It seems to the general consensus on PSNProfiles is you must encounter 24, but its actually 25 according to S.C.A.R.E. (Secure Central Access Resource for Employees), which can be found in The S.C.A.R.E. Room of Endless Mode if the player successfully reaches 1000 Rooms of Endless Mode. The specimens are:

*NOTE* The Clown's starting room is the same Unknown Specimen 2, a pizzeria, and unlike the other specimens on this list, is possible to miss encountering when entering their rooms. Simply go into the back room of the pizzeria with a cage, face the wall opposite with a button that says "Clown" and press 3 times. The Clown will appear in the cage, break the cage with your Axe or Sword, then press the Clown button again.
This Trophy will take many hours, as while you'll quickly encounter most of the specimens after a few runs, the others will take obscene amounts of times to randomly spawn, and you'll want to stay alive as long as possible through a run to increase your chances, which depending on you skill or what Endless Mode spawns on you, will test your patience. You can do this legit, but apparently you can also earn this via turning off specimens and jump scares in Endless Mode, as specimens' rooms will still spawn even if they don't which counts as "seeing" a specimen. I can't vouch on this method, as I did it legit. Even so, even that easier method will likely require several hours of play.

In order to get this achievement, you need to encounter all 27 specimen that can chase you in the game. There are two ways to easily get this.
1. Do an Endless Mode run all the way to room 2500. In between each checkpoint up to this room, you are guaranteed to encounter a new specimen. Specimen 2 (slime dude) is already able to chase you from the beginning, and the Clown can be unlocked in Otto's room by clicking the button near his cage. Here's a vid on how to free the clown:
2. If you die trying to do number 1, just do endless mode again and keep playing it until you've met every specimen. Remember to free the clown when you get Otto's pizzaria room, as he is one of the specimen that you must encounter for the achievement.
