5. Ambassador Bon Appetite - In the opening room right before you escape can't miss
6. Ambassador Osman - After you free all five ambassadors you can stack all 5 of them
7. Ambassador Log - After you free all five ambassadors you can stack all 5 of them
8. Ambassador Chaka - After you free all five ambassadors you can stack all 5 of them
9. Ambassador Wroll - After you free all five ambassadors you can stack all 5 of them
10. Hans Allendorf - In opening room in right hand "prison cell" can't miss
11. Spice Girl Jane - In opening room in left hand "prison cell" can't miss
12. Portia Peacock - In the room with the challenge to open the gate, enter the door just to the left of the boxing ring go up the stairs in this room and she is on the platform at the top
13. Cromwell the Terrible - In the room with the challenge to open the gate I used one of the what looks like Irish men and smacked the bell next to the boxing ring, Cromwell will jump out and you can now stack into him
14. Gate Keeper - After completing all three ways to open the gate he will be standing in front of the now open gate
15. Cecil Dumheal (Film Crew #5) - In room with dog track if looking at zip line turn left past three support beams and there he is
16. Donald Capulet (Film Crew #4) - In room with dog track if looking at zip line turn right go around track just before you get to stairs going up
17. Camera Man Joe (Film Crew #3) - In room with dog track if looking at zip line turn right go around track until you see stairs going up, behind those stairs is Camera Man Joe
18.Trixie (Film Crew #2 ) - In room with dog track if looking at zip line stairs turn to the left pass to support beams on your right next to wall
19.Equipment man Leander (Film Crew #1) - In room with dog track if looking at the zip line turn left go around the track, go left past ths stairs going down to the right of the stairs going up
20. Flag Bearer Goff - After finishing all 5 ways to complete "Stop that Car" the flag bearer will come down off his chair and you can stack with him
21. Recreation Officer Chip - Found in the makeshift brig
22. Thad - After finishing the Zepplin there is another mission right close to the summit meeting room, with three bullies taking a teddy bear after finishing all 3 ways to complete it, you can stack into Thad the little boy
23. Fire Chief Russel - Found in makeshift brig
24. Peacock - On the platform with Portia Peacock go to the end and use her action to bring the peacock down off the pipe

Note - Ambassadors are found in the room where the summit was held after the mission
Note - Film crew is found in the dog track room at the far end on a stage after you stack them all together
