Star Ocean: Till The End Of Time

This may seem daunting at first, but this is actually an easy task when you realize the max level in this game is 255. This is a trophy you shouldn't worry too much about, as you'll surpass this level by the time you finish with all of the bonus dungeons. As far as grinding goes to reach this point, there is a great spot to utilize when you first reach Gemity. In the Ranking Battles located in the Battle Arena, there is a fight called "Get'em! Twin Beast" which offers 10,000 EXP per battle completion. Multiply that number by equipping Rings of Erudition and keeping the Bonus Battle effect of Triple EXP up, and you can quickly grind here until you reach about level 80. From there, you'll be at a good pace to take on the Maze of Tribulations and level up there until you reach level 100. Once you reach level 100 with Fayt, this trophy will unlock.

Note: A good place to grind to level 255 is in Sphere 211, floors 172 to 190. On these floors you'll encounter fish and bug enemies, with a battle bonus of triple EXP you can obtain a total of 410,000 EXP per fight from the bug enemies and a total of 552,000 EXP from the fish enemies. These values can be enhanced if you have five Rings of Erudition as well. Even when you're in the mid 200's, you can still level up every two fights or so like this.
