The Proclaimer is fought once you make your way into the Moonbase. This boss can be fairly difficult, as it's capable of dealing both HP and MP damage. Watch out for the Proclaimer's damaging charge attack, if you see it charging you can either try to interrupt it by hitting or take the safer option by running away to avoid it. Still, this boss isn't that difficult, especially when you consider the fact that these become normal enemies later in the game. Once you defeat the Proclaimer, this trophy will unlock.
