Star Ocean: Till The End Of Time

In order to obtain the Paracelsus Table, you must first defeat the Sculpture Lord located in the Aquatic Gardens of Surferio. Once you've done that, a chest will appear containing the item. This item allows you to play in Versus mode against another player or the CPU, you start out with very little unlocked but obtain more characters, costumes, and stages as you progress through the game. For this specific trophy, you will need to unlock all of the playable stages. This isn't anything you have to go too out of your way for, below is a list of all playable stages:

As you can see, most of these stages are places you have been to or will have to visit, so long as you fight at least once in these areas (which you most likely will), the stage will be unlocked in Versus mode. But there are two exceptions you need to keep an eye out of for. In regards to the Ethereal Queen, she has two possible stages she can fight you on: the Hall of Worship and the Flower Garden. Which stage you get is completely random, so you'll need to fight her a second time ensuring you're fighting on the stage you didn't get the first time you fought her. If you didn't get the stage, you'll need to reload your save and try again until you get it. Secondly, the "Mountains of Barr" stage is a bit tricky to get if you don't know how. When you're in the area, head to the skull cave area where the dragon that transports you to the second area of the Mountains of Barr is. But instead, don't let him pick you up, avoid his shadow for about a minute. Eventually he'll come down to fight you, when you do you'll see that the stage is different than the Waterfall area variation. Additionally, "Planet Styx: Before Collapse" might be missable if you choose not to fight any of the enemies the first time you enter that area, so make sure that you do. Once you've obtained all of the stages go see Welch in Peterny and start up Versus mode to unlock the trophy.
