4D Difficulty is the hardest difficulty setting in the game, and is only unlockable once you obtain 65% of the BT's. The buff that enemies receive here varies from 1.8X to 3X against certain enemies. An important thing to note is that this effect makes enemies "AGL" stat go up significantly, if your HIT isn't high enough the enemy will parry any frontal attacks you try: so you'll have to go for back attacks. Luckily there is a glitch in this mode that allows you to break how the enemy AI functions; this glitch is referred to as the "No-Movement Glitch" (NMG). How the glitch works is essentially playing off of the AI, when you are the only character left or are playing solo, if you keep moving the enemy will not attack you. Basically what you want to do is wait for the opponent to attack, move out of the way and continue moving (activating the NMG glitch), attack and repeat. The NMG is also possible on Universe difficulty, but not as noticeable. Remember, this strategy is really only useful alone or with a party of two. Aside from the NMG, you also want to get Orichalcum's and Boots of Prowess as early as possible to make this mode as easy as possible. Unfortunately your defense stat means almost nothing due to enemies' absurd attack values, so you really want to focus on building your Attack values. Once you defeat the final boss, this trophy will unlock.
