In order to unlock this achievement, you must complete the TOS Agent exclusive Arc, which comes shortly after the tutorial when starting a new game as a TOS character. It's very similar to other starting factions story arcs, and functions as more of a tutorial. Once you complete the mission "The Battle of Caleb IV", your achievement should unlock after the mission ending cut-scene (I skipped the cut-scene and it unlocked during the loading screen for me).

For those of you who can't get this you have to start a new character and pick the TOS agent faction instead of like romulan or klingon. I never knew that. Just a heads up.

Yeah I came to leave the same message as above. I knew what it was talking about having unlocked the achievement but wanted to leave a heads up for people not sure about it that it does require a new character and isn't an arc that appears in your journal like the other story achievement does.

This story arc can only be completed by an Original Series Federation character. It is the first story arc you get after the tutorial.
