This can be achieved offline playing against bots. You can check how many medals you have at anytime by doing the following. Select profile>Main menu>Options>Career stats. To obtain this achievement you must earn 4 Endurance medals

Or in other words earn 12 points in a single life without dying 4 times.

There are 4 different medal categories

Green: 0-3
Veteran: 4-31
Elite: 32-63
Legendary: 64+

To get the Veteran Endurance Medal rank you will need to score 12 points in one life without dying 4 times. The rank breakdown is shown below:

Green- 0 to 3 medals won

Veteran- 4 to 31 medals won

Elite - 32-36 medals won

Legendary - 64 +

You are able to see how many medals you have one in each category under the Main Menu -> Options -> Career Stats
