The first time this is possible is Level 16: The Cairn - Docking Bay when your force pull ability is increased to level 3. The trophy description should saw "force pull 4 enemies into the air at once, 4 individual enemies separately won't do it.
I found the first room with enemies in Level 17: Doomgiver - Communications Array to be easy. With force pull selected walk forward, jump up, and pull all the stormtroopers at the other side up with you and it should pop.
Also Doomgiver is a very silly name, doom isn't really given, who talks like that.

The first chance you will be able to get this is Mission 18 – Doomgiver Communications, as you will finally have Force Pull at Rank 3. As soon as the Mission starts, a bunch of Stormtroopers will come rushing at you. When there are more than 4 grouped together, jump up and use Force Pull on them. The trophy should pop once that is done.
