There are many non-combat droids, like Gonk Droids, R5 Units, or Protocol Droids scattered throughout the game; they cannot damage you in any way. The first time you will run into one will be a Gonk Droid on Mission 1 – Kejim Post. After you blast or slash your first non-combat droid, the trophy will pop.

This trophy is technically missable if you do not kill any non-combat droids throughout your playthrough. So... stop being a goody-two-shoes Jedi and go destroy some defenseless droids!
