This is story-related and cannot be missed. This trophy is supposed to pop when you reach the end of Mission 20 – Doomgiver Detention, when you truly escape the Doomgiver with Jan; however, it seems to pop right at the beginning of Mission 20. So, it’s a bit of a benign glitch.
