This is only possible on Mission 3 – Artus Mine. It is a bit wonky in that the trophy won’t pop every time you attempt to fall into lava. For this reason, save right before a lava area that is close to the ground. Some believe this to be a glitch, but it is actually because they were killed by the fall and not the lava; the trophy description is not specific enough. If you fall into the lava and die from the height, it will not count; the lava MUST be the reason for your death. After you die in the lava, the trophy will pop.
