As mentioned in the Basics section, Bacta Canisters are cylindrical tubes used to heal you. The max that you can hold in your inventory is 5. Unless you are constantly using up the Canisters as you come across them, you should possess 5 at one time by the end of Mission 2 – Kejim Base. If you are using them up a lot, most likely you will be stocking them up when you finally get Force Heal, so it should pop before you end your game.

Besides finding them in Secret areas, you’ll also be able to find them in some of the cargo shipment containers (has a button panel with a lot of lights on one side) that can be opened using a Supply Key.
