Force push will not be available until Mission 7 – Yavin Trial. The first chance you will have to force push an enemy off something will be on Mission 8 – Nar Shaddaa right after the battle in the Cantina. As soon as you walk out of the door on the 2nd floor, turn to your left to see a Rodian right near the edge. Use Force Push until he has fallen off, and the trophy will pop.

This trophy is technically missable, as theoretically, one can go through the game without using Force Push to send someone to a deadly fall; however, this most likely will come naturally as you are playing the game. To be careful, just make sure to purposefully seek a time to do this.
