This is story-related and cannot be missed. This trophy will pop at the end of Mission 13 – Bespin Platform, after you defeat Tavion.

Tips on how to defeat Tavion:
 

Be sure to save before you head out to the Barge on the platform. Compared to the Reborn you’ve been fighting, she is no joke. Don’t bother with any weapon besides the Lightsaber and the Golan Arms FC1 Flechette Weapon (primary fire only). Her slashes with a lightsaber can be deadly, so make sure you have Bacta Canisters equipped for immediate Inventory use. Using Force Speed can be a bit helpful, but she’ll immediately use it as well. However, using Force Lightning can be a bit more helpful in at least it damages her; the only caveat is that it uses a lot of Force power. Crouching helps increase your area of defense. A Saber Lock is the best bet for damage; just make sure to tap the attack button as fast as you can, otherwise, you’re looking at losing a huge chunk of life.
