This can only be done on Tatooine in Chapter 1 Mission 2 – Droid Recovery.
Jawas are the short dark-brown-cloaked humanoids on Tatooine that appear to have nothing else but yellow eyes on their face. Don’t let any Tusken Raider kill a Jawa if you see them, so you can do it yourself. There are 3 Jawas right in the beginning, 4 as soon as you come out of the second cave to the Sandcrawler, 3 Jawas to the left of the Sandcrawler near some moisture towers, and 4 Jawas when you are the inside of the Sandcrawler (right after the molten lava pit).
Note: It took more than 10 for mine to count. I suspect it was because I used Lightsaber Throw on a few. So, take this trophy description literally and do not use Lightsaber Throw or any blasters/explosive devices; strike them with your lightsaber.
After killing 10 Jawas by striking them with your lightsaber, the trophy will pop.
