This can only be gotten in Chapter 1 Mission 2 – Droid Recovery on Tatooine. While you do have a high chance of dying by one of the Sniper Tusken Raiders, especially on Jedi Master Difficulty (their bullets can shred you), it may be best just to get this over with right at the beginning of the mission. When you run into your first group of Tusken Raiders, let them kill you.
Once you are killed by one of the Tusken Raiders, the trophy will pop.
