This can only be accomplished after choosing the Dark Side in Chapter 3 Mission 7 – Inside Cult Facility on Taspir III. After defeating Tavion, near the end of Chapter 3 Mission 9 – Tomb of Ragnos on Korriban, Kyle will confront you. It’s important that you SAVE right after the cutscene, unless you want to fight Tavion all over again when you die in order to finish the game. After you have saved it, just let Kyle beat you until you die.
As soon as you die by Kyle’s hands, the trophy will pop.
