This can be accomplished during the Chapter 3 Mission 2 – Cult Investigation on Tanaab. There will be a Mutant Rancor that you will be trying to avoid. Despite having a chance of getting eaten naturally, take the time at the beginning of the mission to just run right up to it and let him eat you. He must pick you up and then proceed to chew on you. On occasion, he’ll pick you up just to sniff you and then let go; he’ll also do some pounding or breathe toxic gas as well that could kill you. Just keep reloading the checkpoint (and skip the cutscene) until he picks you up and then chomps down on you (like the image below).
After you are eaten, the trophy will pop.
Note: The Rancor in Chapter 2 Mission 1 – Rescue Mission on Nar Kreeta does not seem to want to eat you (I assume because he’s a small one). Instead, he’ll either just sniff you after picking you up or beat you to death. This will not count for the trophy.
