The earliest you can do this is at the end of Prologue Mission 1 – Yavin Jungle. There will be the first two stormtroopers that you will see that are down on an incline; since you don’t have Force Jump, this is only possible because of that incline. I ended up getting this trophy even though I touched the ground before the third head (may have been a glitch).
However, it might be easier to just do this at a different level when you have acquired Force Jump. Simply jump on a group of Stormtroopers and try not to touch the ground.
If for some reason, you have not done this and you have beaten the game, check to see if you have a save file for a level that contains Stormtroopers. If you don’t have any useful saves, you have two options:
After you jumped on the head for the third time in a row, the trophy should pop.
