This can only be accomplished during the Chapter 1 Mission 4 – Merchant Rescue on Blenjeel. While it is a possibility you may end up getting eaten by a sandworm, there is a good chance that you can finish this mission without getting eaten, so you might as well get this taken care of right away. Before you do anything in this mission, save first, then jump down onto the sand to wait for a sandworm to eat you.
After getting eaten, the trophy will pop.
