Any of heavy enemies like the carbonite droid, AT-MP etc are best because they can take a full force bar of force lightning without dying.

Simply hold the triangle button to use up all your Force. It has to be a full bar! Once you use up all your Force by holding triangle, you will unlock this trophy.

To do this, you need to have at least one enemy near you, just hold down and hold on until all the power runs out. Video guide
