Ok i take no credit for any of these videos. All credit goes to PSNyazter. He has made them using the ps3 version but they are very handy for the 360.
All the vids can be found on the CHAMPION cheevo guide as well. im just listing the 3 i think are the easiest to get here.
Challenge 7 is also the easiest to get a platinum medal on too.

I swapped Deflection with Domination. I didn't research what technique to use for Def' and only tried it a few times - I was happy just to last 2 minutes, but gold is 4. I then noticed my Dom' time was only 5 seconds from the 1:30 gold score and switched. With the proper method I was 7 seconds under gold. All you have to do is build up full power Force Repulse attacks to blast the approachers - then face in various directions whilst trying to Mind Trick anyone nearby (whom probably are off screen/unseen) - then charge up your Force Repulse again. Repeat. Don't use Force Push - it has no effect on the tuff dudes. Lightning might be useful as it freezes the enemy, but you probably won't need it.
