Another simple trick you could do is to exploit the infinite Wookiee spawn on the prologue level.

Force Repulse is when you hold down LT and hit B. If your corresponding force talent slot is sufficiently upgraded you can also hold B for a couple seconds for a much more powerful attack.
Best level for this achievement is the Tie Fighter level. There are lots of enemies all through the level. Just jump in the middle of a group of them and use Force Repulse to send them all flying to their death.

only problem with this solution, is if you blow them off the bridge, it won't count as a kill...so I suggest doing to wookie level on the easiest difficult and trying to blow these guys into the pagoda in the middle of the never ending respawn draw bridge
