How to unlock the Guilty Parties achievement in Starfield - Definitive Guide
This achievement is part of the storyline you follow when working for Ryujin Industries. As you get into the later stages of it you learn that a mole inside the corporation has leaked info on a ‘Project Dominion’ to a competitor.
The mission immediately before this one involves a security sweep. It’s stealth based and can be a bit of a pain, so bear that in mind when doing this storyline. Once you’ve got the security sweep out of the way and identified the suspect, the mission for the achievement is relatively straightforward.
How you approach it is up to you, but the easiest way is to persuade Benjamin Bayu to allow you to enter the Seokguh Syndicate hideout peacefully. From there you can confront the suspect and deal with the situation as you see fit.

Really struggling with the infiltration section on this one, the guards seem to be psychic and be able to see through obstacles! Even after I used a spare skill point I had on stealth, and I'm wearing a chameleon helmet that cloaks me. I can talk my way out of it the first time and I'm OK and get no hassle on that floor, but when I then get spotted further up they instantly shoot on sight. I've tried going full on Rambo and just killing everybody who attacks me but I get a bounty although, so far, it doesn't seem to actually fail the mission.
Update - got it after wasting 2 hours of reloading quicksaves and trying to be stealthy. I eventually just abandoned it and killed any guards who attacked me (the peashooter stungun you're given is useless, it takes about 5 hits to work). It turns out that you can completely ignore the stealth requirement, kill as many guards as you like, and the only difference it makes is a quick comment about insurance from the mission giver at the end of that section! Didn’t even notice a bounty, I was able to return to the building later with no issue. Perhaps you forgo a small credits bonus, but to avoid all that frustration, who cares?!

This achievement is currently bugged for me. Completed the previous mission and Dalton told me to go arrest her. Guilty Parties should have started immediately after and it didn’t. I tried redoing the previous mission both loud and stealth and still nothing. It won’t let me interact with Dalton, Ularu, or Imogene. Hopefully they get this fixed soon because it’s a main quest line and I can’t finish it. Put a ticket in for it and tried all their methods to get it fixed and none worked.

While all the other factions reward players with the second faction achievement after the sixth mission of eight or nine missions, you’re going to need to finish a whopping ten missions before you get the second of three Ryujin Industries faction missions.
Like all the factions in Starfield, in the Ryujin Industries faction you’ll receive Back to the Grind (10G) for starting the faction; this here Guilty Parties achievement for finishing the 10th mission; and Executive Level (30G) for finishing the 13th and final Ryujin Industries faction quest - for a full rundown of all 13 missions, check out the Executive Level (30G) achievement guide write-up.
If you still haven’t joined the Ryujin Industries faction, then check out our Starfield - How to join the Ryujin Industries faction guide to know how to do so.
