Look in the Community tab for Survivor who has the Powerhouse Skill, then level it to Level six (by finishing zobmies with 
) Then you can learn the Defence Skill Double Kill.

Somehow I got the achievement, I followed the instructions but never performed the double kill animations, but it popped. Somewhat anti-climactic.

Why the hell do I just keep bunny hopping over the zombies head? This is stupid, unlocked moves should not take this much effort to pull off.

. And is it possible that the defensive skill is called Double Kill since I do not see a defensive skilled called Double Down? (these are on Marcus)

You'll need a playable character with the "Powerhouse" skill. Press 
to open the menu, then 
to access the "Community" tab. You can see each characters skills at the bottom of their character sheet. Select that character with 
.
Raise it to Level 6, this is done simply by fighting zombies. Make sure to take a few melee weapons, as well as health and stamina items. Doesn't take too long to raise it, so focus on completing other achievements while doing this.
Once you hit level 6 with Powerhouse (again, you can see its level by looking at the characters stats with). Then while on the character stat, use either 
or 
to go down until you reach "Defensive Skill". You will have two options, you need to select "Double Kill" by holding .
Now find a small group of zombies and use your new skill by pressing + when they attack.
