During the course of a single day within the game, simply kill 10 hordes of zombies.
The easiest method to do this is with a vehicle. Drive around until you see that you have alerted a horde and then run them all over until you get the notice that you have killed the entire horde.
Drive around until you find another and repeat. The hordes seem to respawn quickly so you shouldnt have to drive far. If you want this right away, and they are not spawning, just go back to the safe house and then go back out.
