State of Decay: Year-One

You earn this achievement for completing the final mission in the main campaign (Not Breakdown or Lifeline) story line for State of Decay. Although once you start this mission, you are told to complete anything you need to before continuing. Once you complete the mission, you can "continue" from the main screen and you will be back at your last save point before beginning the mission.

This is a story related achievement and cannot be missed. You get this at the end of the game.
