Quite straightforward.
Get to breakdown level 3 and use Left Bumper and B to execute a Zombie. This can only be done once they have been knocked over and are on the ground. You can drive around looking for solo zombies and get this out of the way quite quickly, best not to do it if there are lots of Zombies around in case you get overwhelmed.
