This may not happen naturally in any playthroughs, but you can do it on Day 1 of a new game.
Trigger "Rising Dread" by making mistakes. The easiest way is to repeatedly give people the wrong plants, but you can also visit certain spots on the map. When the Rising Dread circle fills up, you will have a mental break and be taken to a screen where a circular symbol breaks into pieces. Reassemble them like a puzzle, and you will return back to the game. I do not believe there are any permanent consequences from this, but perhaps someone can enlighten me.
