You'll get this trophy the first time you eat Candyfloss, which happens to only occur during one Ending; about mid-way through the Strawberry Kisses Ending.

This trophy will pop during the Festival. After the two girls eat their Takoyaki and are somewhat disappointed, Licia continues to push for more and Rei chooses Shaved Ice. Sometime after that's over and the Festival draws to a close, you'll run into Rei's parents. Her father has Candyfloss, which he'll then offer to Licia and you'll earn the trophy.
