You'll get this trophy the first time you encounter and eat the Shaved Ice, which happens to only occur during one Ending, which is about mid-way through the Bittersweet Goodbye Ending.

This trophy will pop during the Festival. After the two girls eat their Takoyaki and are somewhat disappointed, Licia continues to push for more food. Choose the second option, to eat Dango, and you'll get this trophy.
