You'll arrive in a flat where you'll be tasked with first bringing on a machine with four plugs which can be found around the room then after the bookcase moves to reveal another room head in and jump up to the top shelf, knock the box off and jump back down. There should be a little object to pick up, take it back through to where you powered up the machine and place the object into the small stadium like port, this will power up B-12, achievement should pop after you've been given a backpack from B-12 or before.
