How to unlock the Sharing Is Caring achievement in Street Fighter III: 3rd Strike Online Edition - Definitive Guide
The server for this should now finally be up, I got mine this morning! First you actually have to complete a multiplayer match! Ranked, Player, Local, doesnt matter just make sure a full match is completed in one of these. Then go into Multiplayer> Replays> Saved Replays. Select what you want to upload with A then press Y to upload. Be-boop, achievement should unlock!

Don't know why some hater gave you a thumbs down,.. then again, I probably just answered my own question. Haters will hate. Good solution dude. though you may want to stat you 1st need to complete a multiplayer game 1st before this option is possible.

Before obtaining this achievement, it would be ideal to play some games, be them local, player or ranked matches. Remember to save the replays.
To start, make sure your YouTube account is linked to 3rd Strike, by going into the game's options, pressing 'Y' to 'Authorize YouTube Account', and follow the instructions.
When this is complete, go back to the Main Menu, select Multiplayer > Replays > Saved Replays. Choose the video you want to upload by pressing A and select 'Upload to YouTube'. When this is complete, select 'Upload to Match Server', and tag the video.
Once this is complete, the achievement should pop! :)

It works! I am glad I found this, and yes you can use replays from before today. I used one from a session I had a few months ago.

17/8/21 Just to let everyone know, The servers are randomly up trough the day, if you want the achievement you have to ve constantly trying upload you replay, once you are not able to uploaded it means is already online, then go to the replay searching and the achievement should pop out.
This challenge is for uploading one of your multiplayer matches to either the server or to youtube. You do this by doing the following...
Go to Multiplayer, from there you select replays. Assuming you've already played a multiplayer match (Be it local, player or ranked match) you should see tiles of different matches in your replay browser. Simply press X on it, and upload it to either the match server or to youtube for your trophy! You'll have to enter a tag but that doesn't really matter.
If you haven't saved a replay, you'll have to play a multiplayer match of some sort. Simply go in to local match or head online if you don't have a second controller and finish a match. After it's over, you'll see a summary of any challenge progress and then you'll have a list of options. Select "save replay" and then refer to the first portion of the solution.

If you were curious about the "Upload to Youtube" selection the way it works is the same way as you would Match Server just a tad bit longer. It will ask you for your youtube email and password before uploading afterwards you have to wait through the process of it actually uploading, depending on your service provider it may take a very short or long time. Sadly the server on 3rd Strike can only upload replays in 240p, below you will see an example of an upload to youtube from 3rd Strike Online Edition:
